§ 2 Vertragsschluss (1) Die Produktpräsentationen im Online-Shop stellen kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern einen unverbindlichen Online-Katalog dar. (2) Durch Anklicken des Buttons [„Jetzt kaufen“ / „Kostenpflichtig bestellen“] geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren ab. Die Bestätigung des Eingangs der Bestellung folgt unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung durch eine automatisierte E-Mail. Der Kaufvertrag kommt erst zustande, wenn wir die Bestellung durch eine separate E-Mail (Auftragsbestätigung) annehmen oder die Ware zum Versand bringen.
§ 3 Preise und Versandkosten (1) Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung im Online-Shop angegebenen Preise. (2) Aufgrund der Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer erhoben und ausgewiesen (Endpreise). (3) Zu den angegebenen Produktpreisen können Versandkosten hinzukommen. Nähere Bestimmungen zu eventuell anfallenden Versandkosten erfahren Sie bei den Angeboten.
§ 4 Zahlungsbedingungen Die Zahlung erfolgt wahlweise über die im Bestellprozess angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden (z. B. PayPal, Kreditkarte oder Vorkasse). Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, im Einzelfall bestimmte Zahlungsarten auszuschließen.
§ 5 Lieferbedingungen (1) Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, erfolgt die Lieferung an die vom Kunden angegebene Lieferadresse. (2) Sollten nicht alle bestellten Produkte gleichzeitig lieferbar sein, sind wir zu Teillieferungen auf unsere Kosten berechtigt, sofern dies für den Kunden zumutbar ist.
§ 6 Eigentumsvorbehalt Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises unser Eigentum.
§ 7 Gewährleistung und Haftung Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Für Schäden haften wir unbeschränkt nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit.
§ 8 Schlussbestimmungen (1) Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG). (2) Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt der Vertrag im Übrigen wirksam. Anstelle der unwirksamen Bestimmung gelten die einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract (1) The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding online catalog. (2) By clicking the button [„Buy now“ / „Place binding order“], you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. An automated email confirming receipt of the order will be sent immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept the order by sending a separate email (order confirmation) or when the goods are dispatched.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs (1) The prices stated in the online shop at the time of the order shall apply. (2) Due to the small business status (Kleinunternehmerregelung) pursuant to Section 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no VAT is charged or displayed (final prices). § 4 Terms of Payment Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process (e.g., PayPal, credit card, or advanced payment). We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
§ 5 Delivery Conditions (1) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. (2) If not all ordered products are available at the same time, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
§ 6 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 7 Warranty and Liability Statutory warranty rights shall apply. We shall only be liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
§ 8 Final Provisions (1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). (2) If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. Statutory regulations shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
